The following pieces were made as my senior project at the Minneapolis College of art and design.

At age seven I had decorated a wall of the room I shared with my sister with crayon drawings of different birds. (She paid me three dollars to take them down)

For my final project I decided to make a grown up more refined version of my childhood project. To further it, I intentionally chose each bird to represent someone who had helped me reach that point of my life.
